With Dracula's rise to power, the United States of America is facing dark times. All manner of supernatural beings have risen from the shadows, from the vampires of the Red Hand Coven and abyssal entities of the Crossroads Cult to the shape-shifting Skinwalker Tribes and witches of the Salem Sisterhood. 

However, there is one group whose heinous acts stand out from all other Factions – The Kin! This degenerate pack of ghoulish cannibals gain supernatural powers from feasting on human flesh.
