Earlier this year we releaed the book World War II: The Last War Heroes to coincide with the new six-part television series of the same name airing on Channel 4. Both the book and the series proved a hit with the public, with its ground-eye view of what combat was like for the individual soldier fighting his away across Europe from the Normandy Landings to the fall of Berlin.
