Wow! I can't believe it's already the middle of October - and Military History Weekend is just around the corner. The Osprey staff will be heading down to Williamsburg in just a few days (myself, John and Richard), so I wanted to be sure to give one last reminder to make your hotel reservations and travel plans now!

Admission is only $5 for individuals and families, and FREE for kids under 16. There's no reason not to come and check it out, especially if you are in the area.  You can purchase admission at the door.

A full list of events can be seen here - there are several events offered on both Saturday and Sunday, but there are also events specific to the day. Be sure to check out the events planned for kids and for spouses that may not be into the military side of history as well!

The vendor area will be jam-packed with exciting bits and bobs and irresistable collectables, and the re-enactors promise to span a wide variety of time periods, providing excellent fodder for family photos. 

We can't wait to see you there - be sure to introduce yourself to the Osprey staffers if you see us! (We'll be the ones running around a bit frantically in blue polo shirts).
