That's right, Osprey have teamed up with the folks at the National Army Museum to bring you a once in a lifetime opportunity. To celebrate the launch of our Raid title Who Dares Wins - The SAS and the Iranian Embassy Siege 1980 we are putting on a special lecture with the author of the book Gregory Fremont-Barnes and with SAS veteran Pete Winner - who was one of the men who went into the Iranian Embassy in 1980.

Gregory will be talking about his book, the history behind the siege and the challenges of writing a book about the secretive SAS. Then Pete (who acted as a consultant on this book, providing a unique insight into the raid) will give a blow by blow account of the raid, with some incredible insights into the way the raid was conducted, and what it was actually like amongst the smoke and firing inside the embassy.

After this Pete and Gregory will hold a short question and answer session, when you can get the chance to ask them anything about the raid, or about the SAS in general... within reason of course - we don't want to give out too much information!!

Gregory and Peter will then be signing copies of the book.

The talk is on
Saturday 17th October at 2.30pm at the National Army Museum
