I forsee not being the only member of the public BUT I pay £3 per month (which isnt the greatest ammount overall) to have access to Ospreys Artwork, Maps and Uniforms etc...which now I no longer get access to. As new titles are released, there is no update to the Members area...one example being the Zama Campaign Title-no maps or artwork Im truly disappointed in Osprey, sadly members have received one reason, dare I say excuse, after another and nothing has been done, AND Im not the first Person to bring this topic up. There is no point in paying for a service, when the service itself is now shoddy |

i agree with you, there's very few actualizations to the content in the members area, specifically in maps of campaign series and profiles of aircraft with low quality (scanner type). And i hope, some day, Osprey could put the birds eyes maps in the members area, because in the books always is a problem to see the whole picture. Regards |

Hi both, I am very sorry about this issue. We are in the process of having a big overhaul of the process involved in uploading members content, which will enable us to upload more frequently. In the meantime, we will be working hard to get more uploaded. Many thanks Robert@Osprey |

Please, if you make improvements, be sure to fix categorising of the books regarding to filters. Just looka at aircraft of the aces and filter on ww2 as an example that includs non ww2 books and filter out others that shold be included in the filterd set on display. |

I couldn't agree more with you SimonMc. In the past year the service provided to members of this forum has steadily slipped away. To me this seems to coincide with Bloomsbury's aquisition of Osprey. So while I do not doubt the commitment of Osprey staff to their brand and product I am tempted to conclude that their paymasters are tightening the pursestrings. |

I noticed a change when a fee was brought in to comment on posts. There seemed to be a large drop off of people on the site. I wonder if that had a knock on effect on the resources put into it. |

You're right, Paul W. Back when the forum was free-to-post things were pretty anarchic with quite a lot of trolling. That no longer happens and I suppose Osprey don't have to put nearly so many rescources into moderating this site. I sometimes wonder if they might have made a poor decision. Things are undoubtedly more secure these days, but rather dull as well. |
