Osprey will be working from home from Tuesday 17th March. We plan to continue all our operations, while reducing risk of infection by having staff work from home. Please note that we are doing our best to manage incoming post and parcels. For the time being please refrain from sending items to our offices and please assume that items that you have sent to us, have not arrived with their intended recipient. Our priority remains the wellbeing of staff, authors, customers, freelancers, suppliers and distributors. We would like to thank all for their support whilst we transition to virtual operations.

Posted by: Tarawa90 Osprey staff--- I know we're all having a bad year. I know you guys are out of the office. But I have to ask, what is going on with the reveals for this year? Thank you for releasing the CAMs up front, which we do appreciate. However, WHY do you insist on slow walking the reveals? It used to be done in the course of a week, now it takes two months! Furthermore, who decided to put the only news about the Elite reveals only on the social media pages? If I hadn't seen it on Facebook I would have never known the Elite reveal was even up because somebody thought it was a good idea to leave it off the main page! I ask that you kindly get your public relations department in order, please.

Hi Tarawa90,

Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for missing the Elite reveal from our homepage feed, we have fixed this error so it should be showing up now. We normally post 2-3 reveals a week so that other blogs from our authors related to our upcoming or recently-published books aren't missed by visitors to the website.

We do have three more coming out this week, including today's blog looking at what's coming up next year in the Air Campaign series.

Best,

Minal @ Osprey

Appologies for the long winded rant.  I do hope someone will address these issues.
