Osprey will be working from home from Tuesday 17th March. We plan to continue all our operations, while reducing risk of infection by having staff work from home. If you have any items in your shopping trolley, can you please remove them and log out? Then, can you please clearing your cache or using a different browser before logging back in and adding the items to your trolley? Please ensure the country is set to the correct location before you add the items.

I cannot log in to the osprey website. I live in the U.S. When I switch from U.K. to U.S. the website stalls when I try to log in. When I log in to the U.K. site, I cannot order because my address is not in the U.K. The Firstygroup has been no help other than "We apologise for the inconvenience". I noticed that another person had this problem in Jan. 2020. Was there a solution then?
