We sincerely apologise to all customers who are still experiencing website issues.

If you are encountering a "wrong store" error message, please try removing everything from your basket, clearing your cache (or using an incognito browser window) and then go back on to the site. Please make sure that the storefront you are in matches your address before you put anything in your basket and checkout.

We are working through all outstanding tickets as a matter of urgency and will get all other issues resolved as soon as possible.

I tried to place an order earler today, but the books (issued in Janyary 2020) I placed in my basket had NO discount (except the "member discount")

 

Is that included in "website issues" OR the sale has just ended?

I don't think all the website problems are quite yet resolved. I live in the US. If I try to change the store from UK to US, I can't log in. If I change the store to UK, I can log in, but I can't purchase anything because I have the wrong store (since I'm buying digital books I am not sure why my location matters, but I digress). I sent an earlier help ticket about my login problems, but then I noticed this quirk. Is anybody else having this issue? If so, has anyone found a fix?

Good news, I was finally able to log in as a UK user and clear my basket and then switch store. I'm going to log off and see if I can get back in.
