I just finished listening to an interesting BBC podcast about African Troops who fought for Britain in WWII:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00sh1lh

Although it focuses on the East and West African forces that fought in Burma, a great Men at Arms title would include them plus the South African and Rhodesian forces that served in all theaters during WWII.

What does everyone else think about this?

Being greedy I would suggest 2 volumes: One to cover South Africa and Rhodesia and a second book for East and West Africa and (perhaps) Carribean units as well.

Sounds a very good idea for a title or 2. I' vote for it if in the selection and buy it if published. Would definitely fill a gap.

Excellent suggestion !! Definitely a two volume mini-series: 1) The Royal West African Frontier Force & The King’s African Rifles (West & East Africa) 2)North & South Rhodesia and the Dominion of South Africa. May even want to further expand to French and Belgian Colonial Troops. How about Allied Commonwealth and Colonial Armies of Africa ?

Sounds good! I would also support Paintybeard's suggestion to have more than one volume. South Africa could do with a title of its own.
