Posted by: Ohad Hi, I'be been trying to subscribe to Gold Membership. I entered all my personal and payment details (and this email address) at checkout, and got a "there was a problem" message. Trying again to click "Checkout" yielded the error message "You can't submit an order at present, we are still processing your previous order." Upon trying to email the support e-mail address, I have receieve an auto-reply stating that "we are unable to process enquiries regarding orders already placed through this email address". When trying to contact through the website's internal messaging - I am required to enter an order Id, which was not given to me since the order did not succeed. Please advise(?) Thanks, Ohad
