A disguised Ninja replaces one of the rank 0 or 1 models. Is that model paid for as well or is a suitable figure deployed but classed as a Ninja? For example, a Bushi buntai has a Ninja and uses it to replace an Ashigaru. If the Bushi player pays for three Ashigaru, does he swap one of them for the Ninja or is the Ashigaru/Ninja deployed as an additional model - four Ashigaru figures deployed.? If the former, the Ninja figure actually costs 40+ points - the Ninja cost plus the Ashigaru cost.
