Hey guys!

Unfortunately I have to report another problem with a pdf. The latest combat aircraft title comes with a missing profile #1. The rest of the profiles is there and the quality of the rest is fine but this one profile is definitely missing. Tried downloading on 3 devices but everywhere it's the same.

Can you pls have a look into this and issue a corrected pdf for download?

Cheers phil

Hi Griffon,

I am very sorry for the error here in our pdf for Combat 125. We have reviewed this and it has been passed on to our production team. We hope to have this resolved soon for you, and I will be in touch when I have been updated.

Best wishes,
Robert

So, Ospreys pdf files have gone up in price, but still nobody is responsible for quality control. This would be laughable if it wasn't so frustrating.

Well, its is one small issue and should be easily changeable...the guys at Osprey are willing to deal with it and are doing so in a quick way...fine with me;

it might be a good idea though to have someone look over the pdfs and epubs before they become available, it must be quite embarassing to have people who actually buy them finding the problems and claim their bad quality or problems with the content etc openly after they became available actually.

maybe you guys at Osprey should select some trustworthy people from here and offer them the pdfs and epubs shortly before publication to check them :D I would love to do that :)

cheers

phil

Hi Phil,

Apologies for the delayed response, but we have resolved the error and the missing profile is now appearing, and will be available to download from your eLibrary.

Again, we do apologise for the error. Our eBooks are checked before publication, and unfortunately on this occasion this was missed.

Thank you for your patience whilst we resolved this.

Kind regards,
Robert@Osprey

Hello Roberrt!

thanks a lot for dealing with that issue; errors can happen and as long as they are as easily and speedily repairable, that should not be too big a problem..

all the best from Vienna,

philipp

ps.: I am looking forward to having a chat with Tony at Duxford again this year; its alway nice to have the Chief Editor of the aviation series on situ and be able to talk to him :)
