The early Combat Aircraft and Aircraft of the Aces series titles included figure plates of the pilots and air crew along with the color profiles of the aircraft. I understand that certain uniforms and flight gear such as the USAAF and RAF in WWII would have become repetitive, but some of the more obscure air forces would have benefited from such coverage. If Osprey will not include figure plates in these titles anymore, I hope we will receive air force themed Men at Arms and Elite series titles somewhere down the road.

Gene, sounds a good idea. Without wanting to get lynched or cause a riot I liked the air crew artwork as it broke up the sometimes repetitive aircraft profiles. In my own opinion.
