This Paratroop officer deserves a COMMAND issue from WW2, Indochina & Algerian war. He was the most decorated french soldier. General David Petraeus said he admired Bigeard that led him to serve in Paratroops.

Sorry, it's an English expression. It means there is more chance of a snowball surviving in Hell than of this book happening. If for no other reason, Osprey has given up on the Command series (they are publishing one next year and that will be the last one).
