Another week has gone past with no real answer given to the many issues that forum members have raised about the high cost and low quality of Osprey electronic versions of their books.

The original post covering this subject has "fallen off the bottom" of the forum, so I am re-raising it.

To briefly outline the problems that concern us:

1) The very low file size of these pdf'f means that both the colour and black and white illustrations are very poor quality and cannot be enlarged to any useful degree.

(2) 2-page illustrations are delivered in 2 parts, which is ridiculous when single page versions are available.

(3) Lack of easily created capabilities such as auto-page rotation and interactive contents pages.

These issues aren't just going to be forgotten. Long-term customers at least desrve a prompt and detailed reply.
