Can you explain why people who have accounts like myself cannot purchase bronze, silver or gold

When its been tried, it gives a generic error message

Hi Simon,

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the purchasing a membership. I can see that you currently have a bronze membership - were you looking to purchase silver or gold? Please can you send a screenshot of the error message you receive to marketing@ospreypublishing.com so that we can look into this for you?
