Possibly one of the most ridiculous suggestions I’ve ever seen on this forum (which considering the competition is saying something!!!).Colour plate depicting the mass circumcision at the Hill of Foreskins anybody (seriously I’m not kidding, this is actually part of the narrative – look it up!!!)??? Hi Wicked Messenger, apologies if my post was ambiguous. Meant to say that I didn't think it was a suitable title for a Campaign book. I would never presume to tell anyone what books they should or should not read!!!

Yes, I agree this probably would never come to print but if Osprey was an Israeli company I am sure they would have covered this by now as it is still taught in colleges. the Bible is the best source, but I would be singing praises to the heavens if a COMBAT on Israelite vs. Philistine was published.

Also AdamC a cover plate on that by Peter Dennis would be interesting, but weird. you can have battle scenes for the fall of Jericho, the attack on Ai, and the Waters of Mermon.
