  Topic Description
Posted by: mdaniels I am curious as to how well Vienna 1683 (Campaign) sold? It was published in response to an overwhelming response (~70%) on the old style book vote. If it sold well then how come virtually no 17th Century Campaign titles since? If it sold disappointingly, then it proves that book votes based on 'favourite only' aren't much of an indication (and maybe book votes of any kind!).

There was a major siege of Vienna in the year 1529 as well. Would that battle be appropriate for a Campaign title?

Still no response to m daniels' question. I have a copy myself. No new Campaign for the 17th Century is a worry. Perhaps it's all commercially sensitive? We can but hope for something from the ECW or Thirty Years War in 2014/15. A hint from Osprey would be so welcome ...
