Well, it can't get any sort of coverage until it's over! Once again, as with all modern conflicts, we are faced with the problems of gaining accurate information on the forces involved, commanders and their strategies, out-comes etc, etc. In all these cases I'm happier if we allow the dust to settle before a book is attempted. I'd far rather wait 10 years and have an accurate, informative book rather than something rushed into print that turns out to be mis-informed.

Painybeard is very right. It's going to take years before we have a full understanding of the events - if not longer! It takes time, mrhistory, to gather analysis and an understanding of a recent conflict.

Oh, for Heaven's sake, Mr History! At least wait for the shooting to stop before you start wanting osprey to do a book about it!
