We're working hard to increase the range of services that we can offer to our Canadian customers. In order to achieve this, we've had to temporarily suspend the ability for Canadian customers to buy books through the Osprey site.
We're very sorry for the inconvenience this will cause. Over the last three years we have been unable to offer the full range of Osprey services to customers based in Canada – and have not been able to allow Canadian customers to buy memberships and our eBooks. This ongoing work is designed to fix these problems and should mean that for the first time Canadian customers will be able to access our digital archives and enjoy the benefits of Osprey Memberships. This is a surprisingly complicated job and we are working very closely with our web developers to ensure that regular service resumes as soon as possible – at present we believe that we should be able to offer a full range of services to Canadian customers within the next three weeks.
