I know that it is a couple of months away but my thoughts are turning to Lancaster PA in July and Historicon. Soon it will be time to fly off to the heat of Pennsylvania for a busy few days showing our latest to the hordes that descend on the show and drinking the odd beer.

This year the theme is a particular favourite as it is Napoleon's 1809 Campaign and the Spanish ulcer so I'll be looking forward to all things Napoleonic particularly as Armies of the Napoleonic Wars will only just be out.

As ever Osprey artwork will cover the brochure and T shirts but this year we have gone for something a bit special to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the show. Instead of using some existing artwork we have specially commissioned a superb piece of Peter Dennis artwork showing the King's German Legion smashing the French squares at Garcia Hernandez.

Additionally Peter has very kindly donated the piece of original artwork for us to raffle off at the show in support of Veteran and Ex-Servicemen Charities in both the UK and US. The artwork is sitting behind me in the office, all ready to go but I'm still sorting out details on the charities so if you have any suggestions please comment below.
