The January-June 2009 catalogues have been printed. The massive posters have been packed. The Sales and Rights team are on the plane. The Frankfurt Book Fair has arrived, and as usual Osprey are going to be there (with Shire Books as well of course!).

This year is a big year for Osprey, with our 40th Birthday, the launch of Field of Glory and the upcoming release of foreign editions of Field of Glory, so our stand has been designed to reflect this.

In particular, the French, Italian, Spanish and German translations of Field of Glory have been causing quite a stir and this is our first chance to really push these out to booksellers across Europe.

In the past we have had a few problems when designing the posters for the bookfair in Frankfurt. But this year we have been able to avoid these problems and our fantastic designers and production team have created a lovely display - I have attached some of the posters lower down...

Of course, if you do happen to be coming to the fair, please do pop in for a chat. I will be around for most of the show, and we are always pleased to catch up with readers and booksellers! I am sure when we get back there will be loads of great photos of the event which I can post up here - so keep an eye out for that.
