When shipping the item, please use a method of delivery that can be traced, such as UPS or Federal Express. If you are unable to trace your package, it will be impossible for you to check on the status of a return.
Please write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping package (please do not write directly on the manufacturer’s box).
When the merchandise has been received, you will receive an email with confirmation of the return and refund amount.
Please note that returned merchandise will not be accepted without the return authorization number clearly marked on the outer shipping package.
