The latest edition from the Myths and Legends series, released a few days ago, tells the origins and changing historical manifestations of the myth of King Arthur. Author Daniel Mersey unpicks fact from fiction, and examines the Medieval, Celtic, and Historical versions of this well-loved tale.

In this particular piece of artwork by illustrator Alan Lathwell depicts a story of the king told by Geoffrey of Monmouth in the Historia Regnum Brittanae, where Arthur faces a giant on Mont Saint Michel.

And in a recent review, PopCults said that King Arthur 'is an amazing book that will shine on any bookshelf - not only for its outstanding art, but for the amount of amazing information the author is able to stuff into 80 pages. '.

Congratulations Daniel and Alan, and to the rest of you, enjoy the stunning artwork!
