Napoleon's Great Blunder: Spain 1808

In Military History, Featured

Yesterday, 16 January 2019, marked the 210th anniversary of the Battle of Corunna. Following an arduous retreat through Spain to the port of Corunna, Sir John Moore and his British army turned to face Napoleon's forces.

The background to this dramatic confrontation, Napoleon's attempt to seize control of Spain, is the focus of Epic History TV's latest video. See below this incredible new addition to their Napoleonic Wars series.

I highly recommend the corunna campaign title, the main body reads almost like a novel, it's riverting. Would also make a good film.
