We’d like to take this opportunity to apologise again for the delay in resuming sales into the EU. We are still working through the issues involved and trying to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Until that time, however, if you are an EU-based customer and would like to place an order for Osprey books and games, you may now do so by emailing us at email@example.com, including your name, postal address, and a list of the items being ordered. You may also use your membership discount (if you have a Gold or Silver membership) and take advantage of active sales and discounts on our website by quoting the relevant discounts in the email. EU-based customers are NOT, however, eligible for our “order 3 or more books for free shipping” promotion and will have to pay all associated shipping costs on their orders.
Once your order has been received, our International Sales team will contact you to provide a shipping quote and, upon confirmation from you, will pass the order and your contact details to our distributor, Macmillan Distribution (MDL), for processing. MDL will then send you a pro forma invoice for the total cost of the order (including shipping costs). This can be paid via credit card or bank transfer.
Please be aware that we are NOT able to combine pre-orders or print-on-demand titles with items that are currently in stock and, therefore, there would be shipping costs for each part of your order. Our Sales team will advise you if this is the case when they provide a shipping quote.
