The Air Vanguard series explores the nuts, bolts and rivets of history's most important military aircraft.

Each book is a perfect technical guide to the aircraft it features, with a detailed consideration of the design and development history of the aircraft.

Operational histories are also covered, revealing how the designs bore up to the wear and tear of actual deployment and combat.

But perhaps you have not yet experienced all that AVG has to offer. If that is the case, now is the perfect time to start your collection! We've made eBook versions (PDFs and ePubs) of two classics of the series just 99p($1.59 in the US) for this month only!

The two sterling works I refer to are AVG 4,Martin B-26 Marauder and AVG-12 Lockheed A-12. Why not download a copy of each and give the series a try?!

I hate e-books but AVG is easily the best aviation format in existence my only complaint being a little to much descriptive text instead of more photos and illustrations (same applies for the wonderful Weapon series). Most of the titles published so far I already have in my collection from other publishers but I will take the Marauder :-). Just a few thoughts here from Denmark... Thanks.
